Tabletex International – Warranty Policy

At Tabletex International, we are committed to providing high-quality, reliable, and stylish tableware that enhances the dining experience and meets the demands of today’s food service industry. This policy outlines our warranty offerings and how we support our customers with confidence and long-term value.

Standard Warranty – 90 Days

All Tabletex International products are covered by a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, effective from the date of purchase.

This warranty covers:

• Structural flaws

• Glaze imperfections

• Material inconsistencies that impair normal commercial use

This warranty does not cover:

• Chipping, scratching, or breakage from misuse or mishandling

• Damage caused by drops, impact, or improper storage

• Damage from extreme temperature changes (thermal shock)

• Color fading or wear due to harsh cleaning agents or prolonged exposure

• Normal wear and tear

• Use of industrial-grade or abrasive detergents

Optional Extended Warranty – Premium Protection Plan

For clients seeking extra protection and peace of mind, Tabletex International offers a Premium Protection Plan, available only at the time of the original tableware purchase. This bundled plan includes the following three protections for eligible products:

1. Extended Defect Coverage – 24 Months

Extends the manufacturing defect coverage to 24 months. This includes defects such as cracks, glaze inconsistencies, or material faults that occur during standard commercial use.

2. Chipping Protection – 24 Months

Covers chipping from normal commercial use for a period of 24 months, applicable only to chip-resistant product lines.

Usage guidelines include:

• Use in commercial dishwashers with food-safe, non-abrasive detergents

• Avoidance of rapid temperature changes (e.g., hot-to-cold transfers)

• No misuse, abuse, or intentional impact

This protection does not cover items used in high-impact environments such as institutional kitchens, catering transport, or outdoor service unless otherwise pre-approved by Tabletex.

3. Replacement Discount Program – 24 Months

Offers a 15% discount on same-product replacements only for items that fall outside of warranty coverage (e.g., accidental damage or general wear). This benefit ensures product consistency across your operation and helps manage replacement costs effectively.

Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim under the Standard Warranty or Premium Protection Plan, customers must provide:

• Proof of purchase (invoice or sales receipt)

• Photographic evidence clearly showing the issue

• A brief description of the usage environment and conditions

• The issue must involve a full case of affected product — claims will only be accepted if an entire case is defective or damaged. Partial case claims are not eligible.

Tabletex reserves the right to request the physical return of the defective product(s) for quality evaluation prior to issuing a refund, replacement, or discount. All claims must be submitted within the applicable warranty period.
