Environmental

We continually look for pragmatic ways to reduce waste and energy use in our operations and in the supply chain. 

Current focus areas include optimising packaging volumes, favouring ocean freight over air whenever timelines allow, and working with manufacturers that offer recycled clay or glass content. We review these measures annually and expand them where commercially viable.

Social

We expect every upstream partner to meet the legal standards of their country for labour, health, and safety. Wherever possible, we favour factories that hold third party social audit certifications (e.g., BSCI, Sedex). Within Tabletex Intertional we maintain an inclusive, harassment free workplace and provide ongoing product knowledge training so staff can grow with the business.

Governance

Tabletex complies with all applicable Canadian trade, tax, and product safety regulations. 
Key policies—anti bribery, data privacy, and supplier code of conduct—are approved by management and revisited each fiscal year.
