Your guests judge every dish by the plate it arrives on—and we take that responsibility as seriously as you do. Test It First is our commitment to genuine partnership: we place our ware in your kitchen for a full 30 day service cycle so you can prove durability, presentation, and workflow fit before making a larger investment. Transparent costs, no hidden terms—just the confidence that Tabletex will perform service after service.

How It Works — Just 3 Steps

1. Request Samples:

• Contact us with the item(s) you want to test
2. Pay Sample Value + Shipping (refundable later):  

• We invoice the full sample value plus shipping cost
3. Test for up to 21 days:

• Love them? Place your first production order within 60 days and we credit 50% of the sample value (shipping cost not included)
• Not a fit? Send them back and we refund the sample cost (shipping non refundable).

Program Guidelines

•    Treat ware normally (no freezer to broiler shocks > 165 °C).
•    Customized items /color / logo are non returnable.
•    Available within Canada only
